RefWorks is a bibliography management tool. Follow this link to create an account.
With RefWorks, you can import the selected citations (of articles, books etc.) from a database into your RefWorks folders. If a selected citation comes with a full-text link, you can get the pdf of the article by simply clicking on its link.
It is recommended that you also install Write N Cite at the same time. Write N Cite is an app that works with MS Word. It will help to generate the Reference from the sources cited. Here is how to get it. Go to RefWorks > Tools > to download Write N Cite. If you have any problems installing it, go to youtube.com and enter search terms like write n cite 4 for windows (or write n cite 4 for mac), and then follow their instructions to set up Write N Cite.
To use RefWorks with Google Scholar, go to Setting> Bibliography Manager> change the setting from BibTex to RefWorks and then click on the Save button. With this new setting in place, every retrieved search result will bear a link ready to be imported to RefWorks. All you need to do is just a click.
