Article Databases

The Libraries has access to hundreds of scholarly article databases.  Ask your librarian for a suggested database to search, or try one of these, which have lots of quality content for issues of interest to Extension:

Google Scholar

Google Scholar can be an easy place to search, but if you are off campus, you may be asked to pay for the article because Google does not recognize that you should have free access through the A&M Libraries. 

To set up your access to A&M content from off campus, go to Scholar Settings and select "Library Links."  Enter "Texas A&M University" in the search box, select both "Texas A&M University - Full text@TAMU" and "Open WorldCat - Library Search," and save changes.  This lets Google Scholar link its search results directly to the full text subscription if it is available (A&M login may be required).
