From Thibault's website: "For whatever reason, I decided to attempt mapping out the entire North American—and UK—comic publishing industry. I started assembling the rough files while I was updating this years’ comic submission guidelines directory. I thought – why not tackle something bigger? This graphic is not perfect – more like the beginning of a conversation. We’re now at Vers. 1.1 after the first round of revisions. The ~200 publishers and imprints are collected from 12 months of Diamond Previews customer order form info. The burgeoning Emerald Comics Distro does not have any publicly listed information on publishers that they’re dealing with – so I stuck with Diamond as my source."
