  • PsycBOOKS (EBSCO) 
    Over 3,500 full-text, current and historical scholarly books and 52,000 book chapters in all areas of psychology, both practical and theoretical. Over 900 titles published by the American Psychological Association Citations & abstracts are included in PsycINFO, which link back to the full-text in PsycBOOKS.
  • EBSCO eBook Collection
    Covers sciences, social sciences, and humanities content.
  • HathiTrust Digital Library 
    Access to over 10 million volumes (over 2 million are public domain) including content from the Google Books digitization project as well as content from research libraries.

E-books below are provided for TAMU-affiliated users.

  • APA Handbook Series  
    These handbooks are accessed as a collection. Titles are listed in alphabetical order with links to individual volumes within each handbook. Current titles include: APA Addiction Syndrome Handbook, APA Educational Psychology Handbook, APA Handbook of Ethics in Psychology, APA Handbook of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and APA Handbook of Research Methods in Psychology. To access from the library home page, select the "Databases" tab, then execute a search on "APA Handbooks".
  • SAGE Research Methods Online  
    Full text of over 600 handbooks, including "little Green Books" and "little Blue Books" on research methods covering literature reviews, mixed methods, quantitative and qualitative research, research design, writing up research, and publishing. Also includes a "Methods Map" visual search tool and over 25 videos on research methodology.
  • SAGE Knowledge 
    Includes research methods, handbooks, and encyclopedias in the social and behavioral sciences.
  • Psychiatry Online 
    DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) and more.
