Create Your Biosketch with SciENcv

Adding Publications from Scholars@TAMU

You can add publications to your ScienCV from Scholars@TAMU.  Scholars@TAMU allows for exporting publications to RIS format,  up to100 items at a time.

  1. Sign in to "EDIT MY PROFILE" in Scholars@TAMU.

  2. Go to the Publications/Patents tab.

  3. Under the "Claimed Publications", select the number of publications you want to see in one page (up to 100).  The Scholars@TAMU export will only export one page at a time.

  4. You can select individual items, or use the "Select All" option to select all visible publications on the page.

  5. Click the "Export (.ris format)" button.

Click 'OK' in the pop up dialog.

The .ris file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder with the date. For example, 'rs_file-mm-dd-yyyy'.

  6. If you have more than 100 publications in Scholars@TAMU: scroll to the bottom, go to the next page and repeat steps 4 and 5.

You will get multiple files that look like this.

  7. Sign in to My NCBI and go to Manage My Bibliography.

  8. Click "+Add citations" and select "From a file"

  9. Select the file you want to upload.

  10. A confirmation message will indicate the number of citations added to your My Bibliography collection.

  11. Repeat the upload process (steps 8 - 10) if you have multiple files to upload.
